What is the best age to use Mudithara products? 

Mudithara products are useful from the moment the first blackheads, pimples, impurities appear. They are formulated thinking about the needs and skin type of young people in pre-adolescence and adolescence, therefore more or less starting from the age of 10. Usually the skin of boys and girls between the ages of 10 and 20 is more complex, it needs effective but at the same time delicate formulas to act deeply without altering the hydrolipidic film, the thin protective layer of the skin surface.  

That said, anyone who suffers from impure skin and is in a more mature age group can use Mudithara products without hesitation, they will be an excellent ally to bring the skin back into balance while avoiding the use of aggressive substances. 

Is using a solid cleanser similar to using a traditional bar of soap?

Absolutely not! The solid facial cleanser is useful for removing impurities in a gentle way while respecting the skin's PH, it has a completely different formulation to a soap. It has the same characteristics as a liquid facial cleanser but with one more point, it is an excellent friend of the environment because it is made of biodegradable, vegan ingredients and its almost absence of water allows you to use an easily recyclable paper box.  

Can I DESERVE LOVE elixir be used in combination with the I CHOOSE WISELY cream? 

The use of I DESERVE LOVE is recommended especially in the evening as it is a night treatment. On special occasions where the skin appears more demanding than usual, you can also apply a few drops of elixir on a cleansed face during the day, then once absorbed you can apply the I CHOOSE WISELY cream. 

 I just started using Mudithara products but I notice a worsening, what should I do?

Sometimes it can happen that there is a worsening in the first weeks of using products for impure skin. This can happen because the skin is reacting to the purifying and regenerating active ingredients, bringing the impurities to the surface. Normally within a few days or weeks the skin harmonizes. If at any time redness, heat and sensations of discomfort/uncomfort should appear, stop using it immediately and consult your dermatologist.  

 How often should I exfoliate my skin? 

It is usually recommended to do a good exfoliation at least once a week. If you have very impure or dull skin, you can exfoliate even twice a week. 

 Once opened, how long does the product keep? 

On the label of each product there is a drawing of a jar with an open cap, the PAO (period after opening) with a number inside that indicates the months within which it is safe to use the cosmetic once opened. 

 How should I store solid cosmetics?  

Make sure to dry solid cosmetics well after each use. You can leave them on a soap holder, placed on the most curved or short side so that the bar touches the soap dish as little as possible. Once they are well dried, you can store them in their paper box or in your own container.  

It is advisable to keep solid cosmetics and all other products away from heat, sunlight and humidity.

 Are Mudithara medicines products?  

No, all our products are cosmetics and should not be considered as pharmacological products. They can be used in combination with the latter after consulting your dermatologist. 

 Are Mudithara products Nickel tested? 

Yes, tests are performed to verify the degree of presence of Nickel in our products and therefore also be suitable for subjects with allergies to this element. Nickel could be present in a cosmetic, since it is an element that can be found in the environment or in production processes. By carrying out the Nickel test we can determine if there are concentrations in the product that cannot cause reactions, or that its presence is lower than the threshold of 1 ppm, considered the safe threshold to not present possible allergic reactions.

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping rate on Italian territory is €6.90. For all orders over €79 shipping costs are free.

AUSTRIA 11,90€, orders over €169 shipping costs are free.

FRANCE 15,90€, orders over €169 shipping costs are free

GERMANY 11,90€, orders over €169 shipping costs are free

SPAIN 15,90€, orders over €169 shipping costs are free

When will my order be shipped?  

We try to be as fast as possible, orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. When we ship your order, you will receive a notification.  

When will I receive my order?  

ITALY Delivery times are 24/48 hours, except for Venice, the smaller islands and less served locations where the timing could vary to 3-6 days.

AUSTRIA, FRANCE, GERMANY, SPAIN Delivery times could vary to 5-7 days

During certain times of the year, such as holidays or promotions, there may be delays due to high order volumes. We will do our best to get your products to you as soon as possible.  

Deliveries are made on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Deliveries are not made on Italian holidays or holiday in your country. Visit the Shipping & Delivery page for more complete information. 

I can't see the shipment tracking  

Normally the code to track your order is generated by the courier and sent to your email. It becomes active within 24 working hours from the moment you receive confirmation of shipment. Visit the Shipping & Delivery page for more complete information. 

Delivery issues 

If you encounter any delays or any problems related to delivery, we recommend that you contact the expected courier directly and if you cannot find a suitable solution you can contact us at the email address: info@mudithara.com 

What can I do if the courier doesn't find me at home at the time of delivery?  

In case of absence at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you to arrange a new delivery. For this reason, it is important to provide your telephone number at check out. 

  

PAYMENTS 

Can I pay by cash on delivery or bank transfer?  

Unfortunately no, Mudithara has not enabled payment by cash on delivery or bank transfer. 

 

ORDERS 

Can I cancel my order once it is confirmed?  

Once your order is confirmed, you cannot cancel it. You can, once you have received your order, exercise your right of withdrawal. You can find more detailed information on the Returns, Exchanges and Refunds page.
