     BALANCED DIET AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

     As a famous quote by Ludwig Feuerbach says, We are what we eat,” we should be more aware of our food choices .  

    Introducing plenty of fruits and vegetables , having a balanced diet rich in antioxidants and vitamins contributes significantly to the appearance and vitality of the skin.

     

    It is very important to keep the body hydrated with water and herbal teas.  

     

    Regular physical exercise in our daily routine improves blood circulation, reoxygenates tissues and therefore gives a natural pink tone to our complexion. We do not necessarily have to associate physical exercise with hours and hours in the gym, you can choose an activity such as walking, light gymnastics, Yoga or a sport that we like.  

     

    TAKE SOME MOMENTS FOR YOURSELF

    Each of us has our own passions and interests, knowing how to take some time for ourselves is fundamental at any age, it helps our mind, body and soul.
