Sea moss (Chondrus crispus), also known as Irish seaweed, grows on both coasts of the Atlantic Ocean.  

 

It is a superfood rich in minerals, many studies affirm that it contains 92 of the 102 minerals needed by the human body, including zinc, sulfur, magnesium and vitamin A.
